My EXPERIENCE

On August 18th, 2022, I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) after noticing an unusual hardness in my breast tissue. My daughter was only 4 months old. My treatment consisted of 16 rounds of chemotherapies, 14 rounds of immunotherapy, 20 rounds of radiation and a lumpectomy. I completed my treatment in August 2023, and was fortunate to receive the news that I had a complete response to treatment.

Over the course of my treatment, I realized the importance of educating women about breast cancer risk and the importance of knowing your body, especially in the pre-mammogram (under 40) stage.

I am passionate about storytelling in various forms including writing, filming and public speaking in the name of breast cancer awareness, detection and prevention.  For any press, media or partnership inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out.
