Coaching is action oriented and is recommended for anyone who feels they have explored psychotherapy sufficiently, and are in need of more accountability. We create a game plan for your life, and there are actionable deliverables that are worked on between sessions. Utilizing programs like Google Docs, Sheets, etc., we communicate between sessions to accelerate progress and stay in motion. We are in touch in real time, not just during the session (within reason).
